Everything you need to know about ordering online and collecting from your dealer.

The Click & Collect service (preparation, assembly, and adjustments) is entirely included in your order. You have no additional fees to pay in-store.

Click & Collect is available in all European countries where we have partner dealers, with the exception of: Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland.

Your bike is assembled by certified professional mechanics. Every bike undergoes a rigorous inspection and a safety test before it is handed over to you.

Absolutely. The handover includes a demonstration of the bike's features (handling, electric assistance operation, connected features, brake use, and gear shifting).

The average lead time between your order and in-store availability is 12 to 17 days. This allows us to ship the bike and gives the dealer enough time to complete the professional assembly.

To ensure the security of your order, please bring your original ID and your confirmation email containing your order number (on your smartphone or printed).

Of course. We encourage you to take a quick test ride around the shop to confirm that everything suits you perfectly before the dealer confirms the pickup.

Sure! If you fall for an accessory in the shop (lock, helmet, gloves, etc.), you can buy it and have it fitted on the spot (fitting rates to be defined directly with the dealer). Regarding Yuba Add-Ons, they are not necessarily in stock at the dealer; we recommend including them in your initial order.
