At Yuba, we believe cycling should always stay simple and enjoyable, no matter the season. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Suzon & Suzette, a French brand that shares our values of practical, sustainable and inclusive mobility.

Together, we’ve created a collection of cargo bike handlebar mitts, designed to keep riders and passengers warm and dry all winter long.

About Suzon & Suzette

Suzon & Suzette was born from the idea of two cycling mums who wanted to create the accessories they couldn’t find anywhere else.

They design smart, sturdy products for both adults and kids — with bright, cheerful patterns that make you want to keep pedalling all year round.

All their products are 100% made in France, using responsible materials and crafted with genuine care for local production. Their approach naturally aligns with Yuba’s vision: making everyday mobility simpler, happier and accessible to everyone.

How the Mitts Are Made

Handcrafted in France

Each mitt in the Yuba × Suzon & Suzette collection is handmade in France, in social sewing workshops that employ people with disabilities or those re-entering the workforce — offering them meaningful work and a chance to showcase their skills.

This local production helps reduce transport emissions, support regional employment, and guarantee top quality, true to the Yuba spirit.

Our mission:

To make cargo bikes a true alternative to cars — for journeys that are more active, simpler… and way more fun! But offering a different way to move isn’t enough. Since 2024, we’ve been part of the 1% for the Planet movement, donating 1% of all accessory sales to certified organisations working to protect the environment.

Our commitments also come to life in our daily actions: reducing plastic packaging, optimising transport, recycling our batteries, encouraging soft mobility for our team, and using 100% renewable electricity in our offices.

Since 2006, the Yuba community has helped avoid nearly 153,000 tonnes of CO₂, simply by choosing cargo bikes.
