Yes, we designed the Pot, a rigid box that locks with a key and mounts onto our Base Rack or Front Rack. • Security: Key-locking system. • Practicality: Removable lid (with tool). • Design: Lightweight and ultra-resistant aluminium and plastic materials. • Modularity: Mounts equally well on the front or rear rack. • Capacity: 20 L volume for a maximum load of 15 kg.
The Eco Pop Top attaches to the Monkey Bars in a flash thanks to quick-release fasteners (taking just 2 minutes flat to set up or take down). The Pop Shelter, which offers more wrap-around full coverage, takes a little bit longer for the initial installation, but can then be removed and put back on in just a few minutes.
Rather than fixed packs, we offer our bikes in various Editions to suit your lifestyle: • The Regular Edition: The bike in its original setup, ready to build your dream ride. • The Family Edition: Equipped right out of the box with rear safety rails (Monkey Bars or EZ Monkey Bars), 2 cushions (Soft Spot or Mini Soft Spot) and running boards (SideBoards or AlloyBoards). • The Active Edition: Set up to shake up your routine (for example, passenger carrying on the Boda Boda or cargo hauling on the FastRack).

No, and that's the absolute magic of our geometry! The front basket is securely mounted directly onto the bike frame, not the handlebars. Even if you load it up with heavy shopping, the weight doesn't swing when you turn. Your steering stays light, smooth and perfectly stable.
At Yuba, we ride with a smile, even under the clouds! Our Pop Shelter protection covers (available in Compact Version or Long Version) and the Eco Pop Top can be set up in just a few moments over the Monkey Bars. Your passengers (or your delivery boxes) stay perfectly dry and well protected from the wind, while still enjoying the view through the large transparent windows.
It's quite simply the DNA and purpose of our bikes! Your Yuba grows with your tribe. You can start the adventure with one or two Yepp 2 Maxi baby seats, move up to the EZ Monkey Bars combined with Soft Spot cushions as they grow, and then simply switch to the Crest + BackRest combo when they become big, independent passengers.
It all depends on their size and how independent they are! Here are our recommendations for configuring your rear rack: • For the little ones: A child bike seat from the Thule Yepp range (up to 22 kg) mounted directly onto the rear rack. • From 4-5 years old: Monkey Bars protection rails (or EZ Monkey Bars, which are ideal for letting kids climb on board by themselves) combined with our comfortable Soft Spot/mini Soft Spot cushions. • To rest little legs: Pegs footrests. (Only on Boda Boda and the Kombi range due to the large rear wheel) • For older children (from around 6 years old): AlloyBoards (in aluminium) or SideBoards (in bamboo) footrests.
Great news: you don't have to choose between the two, as they are perfectly complementary! You can maximize your cargo capacity by combining: • At the front: Our large Stuff Rack basket, our Pot hard case, or our ultra-quick removable Grab & Go bag. • At the rear: A bag tailored to your needs. The Eco Baguette (which clips on in a flash and can be carried like a handbag), the extra-spacious 2-Go Bags for bulky loads, the DRS Bag designed specifically for the FastRack, or even the Go-Getter bag with its 200L capacity for the Mundo range.
Yes, it's a smart and sustainable investment. The vast majority of our Add-Ons (like Soft Spot cushions, Monkey Bars, etc.) are universal across our range and can be easily transferred from one Yuba model to another. You don't need to buy everything all over again if your mobility needs change.
Yes, but this configuration is exclusively reserved for our Longtail cargo bikes! Thanks to their extra-large rear luggage rack, only our Spicy Curry and Mundo models have the necessary length to simultaneously accommodate two child seats (such as the Yepp Maxi) securely installed inside the Monkey Bars or EZ Monkey Bars. It is the ideal setup for riding with peace of mind while your two youngest passengers are well protected. On the other hand, this double installation is not compatible with our Compact cargo bikes: on the Kombi, Boda Boda, Mini Boda Boda, and FastRack ranges, the shorter format of the luggage rack does not allow you to fit two frame-mounted child seats at the same time as the Monkey Bars or EZ Monkey Bars protection rails.
Yes, absolutely! Our bikes are designed for real life. To comfortably carry a teen or an adult on the back, we recommend: • Soft Spot/mini Soft Spot seat cushions. • AlloyBoards or SideBoards large running boards. • The Crest handlebar at the front of the rack to hold onto, completed by a rear backrest combining a second Crest and the BackRest.
No problem at all! Everything has been thought of during the design process: the Eco Baguette bag features an ergonomic shape specially designed to fit around your passengers' legs. As for the 2-Go Bags, they are so large that your children can either swing their legs over the bike (the bag folds completely flat) or even... slip their legs directly inside!
In France, a child bike seat is mandatory for all children under 5 years old (Article R431-11 of the Highway Code). The law requires the use of a seat specifically designed for this purpose, equipped with a suitable restraint system (such as a safety harness) and integrated footrests to prevent your child's feet from touching the spokes.
Usually around 4 or 5 years old. As soon as your child feels ready, is comfortable on the bike and can hold themselves up well, you can switch to a Soft Spot + Monkey Bars + Safety Belt setup. Please note that Thule child seats are designed to carry children up to a maximum weight of 22 kg.
