What exactly are the EZ Monkey Bars?

The EZ Monkey Bars (pronounced “Easy Monkey Bars”) are the next generation of our legendary safety rails for your little passengers. Made of robust aluminum, they are installed on the back of your Yuba cargo bike to secure your children (or cargo) during any trip.

Once your child is too big for a baby seat (often limited to 22 kg, depending on the model), it’s time to move them into the EZ Monkey Bars.

How do the EZ Monkey Bars compare to the classic Monkey Bars?

With a vertical opening system on the right side, children can board and disembark easily. Say goodbye to awkward contortions and frantic dance moves. There’s no need to lift your child up and over the rails.

Available in two versions:

• Compact (630 mm long): for the Boda Boda, FastRack, and Kombi; compatible with 1 child seat inside the bars.
• Long (780 mm long): for the Spicy Curry and Mundo; up to 2 child seats inside the bars.
