The story behind Café Mokxa

After falling in love with the world of specialty coffee, Sadry and Rose founded Mokxa, a roastery based in Lyon, France. Since 2011, Mokxa has explored the rich diversity of coffee, celebrating exceptional origins while supporting responsible farming practices. From crop to cup, every step is carefully crafted to ensure top-quality coffee with a positive impact.

Today, Mokxa delights coffee lovers through three coffee shops: two in Lyon and one in Strasbourg — where guests can enjoy a wide range of flavour profiles. More than a roastery, Mokxa is also a learning space, offering professional training and public workshops from espresso extraction and cupping to latte art.
