Office Admin and Customer Service Rep
Location: Cotati, CA (Yuba HQ)
Hours: 32 hours / week
Yuba Bicycles is seeking a highly motivated and creative thinker with strong clerical skills to support our operations at our HQ in Cotati, CA. This person is responsible for order evaluation and processing, maintaining customer facing informational materials and providing customer service to both our dealer network and end users of our products.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and Finalize orders
- Communicate with our on-site warehouse for order pulling
- Process payment and forward all invoices to customers
- Update online stock documents
Additional:
- Weekly report generation
- Customer service support
- On-site supply ordering
Requirements:
- EXCELLENT working knowledge of Quickbooks desktop and Google Apps
- Multitasking and critical thinking skills
- Team player – organized, driven and self-motivated individual
- Strong communication skills with both team members and customers
- Strong writing skills with a focus on customer service
- Experience with Asana or similar task management application desired
- Interest for bicycles and specifically bikes for transportation
- Avid cyclist / bike commuter / weekend warrior; passionate about environmental issues (preferred)

Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator/In-House Bike Mechanic

With more than 12 years of experience solely focused on the cargo bicycle category, Yuba Bicycles designs and manufactures award-winning, premium bicycles and accessories, and is considered a global leader in its niche.
A little bit about you
We are looking for an all-star Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator with a solid background in bicycle mechanics to double as our In-House Mechanic. We all wear many hats, and you will too! Our Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator will need to be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, meet shipping deadlines with accuracy and operate heavy machinery.
About 15-20 percent of the position will be focused on building and maintaining our demo fleet and preparing electric bicycles for shipping. Experience with bicycle building and maintenance is required, attention to detail and problem-solving skills a must.
Shipping and Warehouse Responsibilities:
- Oversee logistics systems and daily operations of shipping and warehouse
- Pull and pack both freight and small box orders for shipment
- Unload incoming product from shipping containers and accept items into inventory
- Ensure accuracy of outgoing shipments
- Maintains inventory and a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; and maintaining a clean shipping supply area
In-House Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Assembly and maintenance of our fleet and showroom of bikes as necessary
- Maintain mechanic work space and tools
- Prepare demo fleet of electric and pedal-powered bikes for events as needed
Requirements:
- Experience with bicycle building and maintenance
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects 25-50 pounds
- Teamwork, coordination, organization, planning, time management, inventory control, dependability
- Experience with electric bikes (preferred)
- Proficiency with propane-powered forklift (preferred)
